Peter Julian, Chief Executive Officer
Pete has been in the real estate business since 1979 and has been a real estate broker since 1982. Pete holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance from Wright State University. He has been married to his wife Pam, a librarian, for 36 years. They have one son, Paul, who works in the business as Operations Manager.
Pete has owned and managed numerous commercial buildings and apartment complexes. He has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions and is a real estate investor himself. During the past 15 years he has been involved strictly with single family houses as investments.
Pete is the founder of Triple Net Houses, Inc. He envisions a company that provides an opportunity for investors seeking above average rates of return to own real estate without the hassle of becoming involved in the landlording process. His primary goal is to build this company by providing extraordinary service to its customers.
Beverly Weber, Vice President Property Management
Beverly has been has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995. She has attended numerous educational workshops on property management and related topics. Beverly has managed apartment complexes and scattered rental housing units. She has leased over 1,000 single family houses. With Triple Net Houses, Inc. she oversees the leasing of properties to tenant/occupants, the collection of rents and the coordination of routine maintenance. Beverly has been with Triple Net Houses, Inc. from day one. She prides herself in delivering great service to our renters and maintaining high occupancy rates. Through Beverly's efforts, Triple Net Houses, Inc. collected in excess of 97.4% of its scheduled rents in 2009. Her goal with the Company is to make Triple Net Houses, Inc. the first choice for tenants seeking rental units.
Paul Julian, Operations Manager
Paul recently switched his career from engineering to real estate to become Operations Manager at Triple Net Houses, Inc. After working as a manufacturing engineer for two years, he successfully obtained his real estate sales license in 2009. Paul graduated from the University of Dayton in 2007 with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and minor in Business Administration. Paul plans to obtain his MBA in the near future.
Paul brings several valuable engineering principles and practices to the organization including process flow, lean management, and document control. These concepts that he learned in the manufacturing industry can also be applied to the foundation and structure of Triple Net Houses, Inc. Paul is looking forward to the successful growth and future of Triple Net Houses, Inc.
Rex Gitzel, Accounting Manager
Rex earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from Ohio State University and a Masters Degree in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. He has worked in the accounting field for over twenty-five years holding positions of Comptroller and Chief Accountant with different firms. As Accounting Manager for Triple Net Houses, Rex oversees all accounting functions.
